Heavy duty floor screed for vehicle garage floor.

We supplied a Heavy duty floor screed with 10mm aggregate. The Screed was reinforced with mesh to take heavy loads i.e. vehicles.

Screed reinforcement is a common practice adopted to improve the strength of screed constructions, curb shrinkage and cracking will be eliminated by adopting this process. Some screeds can shrink and curl and develop micro cracks during the process of drying. Reinforcement of the screeding using wire mesh or fibres can prevent this and act as physical obstructions, deflecting the stress developed by micro cracks and preventing the formation of larger cracks on the screed. This type of industrial floor screed and reinforced heavy duty screed is ideal for weight bearing surfaces.

Couldn't be happier.

Complete Floor Screeds have just finished a project on a double garage for me and I could not be happier. Would recommend and use again

6 months ago I needed a new large storage area on farm floor to be screeded. James came out to survey and I received my quote the next day. The screed was laid within the week. Finished work was as promised. Very pleased with the result. This floor has to take very heavy, continuous traffic and is obviously fit for purpose, no problems at all. 100% recommended.
